Amsonic precision cleaning system “CleanLine” for subcontractors to the automotive industry

Just before the end of 2007 the precision cleaning units ordered by a well-known German subcontractor to the automotive industry were loaded onto lorries for an on-time delivery.

After a detailed acceptance process with the customer the high performance systems were prepared for delivery and loaded onto lorries by crane (machine weight 7 tons).

The CleanLine cleaning units accomplish the following duties:

  • Cleaning
  • Rinsing
  • Stainless drying
  • Automatic loading and goods movement

The complex, modular system consists of:

  • Loading and unloading units
  • High performance robot for goods movement
  • Spray cleaning station
  • Two ultrasonic cleaning stations (tank content approx. 350 litres), total ultrasonic power 18 kW
  • DI water rinsing with „whirlpool effect“
  • DI water rinsing with integrated lift-out and drying facilities
  • PC control with process visualisation and control
  • Entirely encapsulated, transparent construction

With the completion of this project, Amsonic has again pro-
ven that its precision cleaning systems (aqueous or A3 sol-
vent based) are an important element of modern manufac-
ture for subcontractors to the automotive industry.
